At our culinary school, you’ll take hands-on culinary lab classes in our fully-equipped kitchen and refined restaurant. Our curriculum is current and relevant to what’s going on in the restaurant and hospitality industry. With our program centrally located in Southern California we aim to integrate into the larger food services eco system sourcing sustainable food from local farms and fishermen.
Through the Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management program you can obtain a certificate or a degree. The classes you will take cover multiple areas of culinary and restaurant management from Hospitality and Cost Control to Management by Menu. Unlike for-profit culinary schools, many of your credits will be transferable to some four-year universities if you choose to go further in your education.
