On Oct. 12, Dr. Gillespie kicked off the first ever VCCCD Leadership Academy. The academy took place at the District Administrative Center (DAC) hosting emerging leaders from all three campuses and the administrative center. Participants got the opportunity to learn about District operations, network with executive management and Trustees, plus get to know each other. The next Leadership Academy session will be held on Nov. 2 at the DAC.
