During the fourth fall semester of employment as a full-time faculty member, the Tenure Review Committee evaluates each faculty member’s performance in their primary assignment as well as work in the college and local communities. The college president also reviews all documents, evaluations and the member’s improvement plan. The respective college presidents and Tenure Review Committees agreed on all tenure recommendations that were presented to the board on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
